VocalVia helps users turn documents, articles, notes, scripts, and other text into editable podcast scripts and generated audio. Features may include document upload, text extraction, outline generation, script generation, script editing, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, voice selection, voice cloning, voice design, generation history, and audio export.
We may update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You may need an account to use parts of VocalVia. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload, paste, import, generate, or save through VocalVia, including source documents, text, scripts, transcripts, voice samples, and generated audio, subject to any rights held by third parties.
You grant VocalVia the rights needed to host, process, transform, store, transmit, and display your content only as necessary to provide and operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you provide, including documents, articles, recordings, voice samples, and names or likenesses.
You may not use VocalVia to clone, imitate, or synthesize a person's voice without the rights, consent, or authorization required by applicable law. You may not use generated audio for deception, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
VocalVia uses AI systems and third-party model providers. AI-generated outlines, scripts, transcripts, translations, tags, and audio may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.
Some features may require credits, a paid plan, or both. Credit estimates shown in the product are estimates and may vary based on text length, selected voices, settings, and workflow.
Subscriptions, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and invoices may be handled by third-party payment providers. Prices, plan details, and included credits may change over time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
Except where required by law or explicitly stated by VocalVia, payments are non-refundable.

VocalVia, its design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by VocalVia or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of VocalVia's technology, trademarks, or intellectual property.
VocalVia may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, voice generation, email, analytics, and payments. Your use of VocalVia may involve those providers, and their own terms and policies may apply.
We may suspend or terminate access to VocalVia if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for VocalVia or others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
VocalVia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VocalVia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of VocalVia after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
